We are indeed. We are therefore able to offer recommendations from the whole of the market. Not only that, but we are independently owned by the directors in the business and directly authorised. This means we have no outside interests driving our decisions. The only people who have influence over our business is you: our clients. This means we can genuinely focus on fulfilling your life goals.
If Matthew is on holiday, our clients will generally be informed of this. All urgent work will have been dealt with. If you call, someone will take your message. All messages and emails will be answered on Matthew’s return.
We work on both percentage and a fixed fee basis. Prior to engaging us, we will ensure that you understand the fees we will charge, when they will be charged and what they cover.
